  • Orders will be confirmed and shipped out when payment is received.

  • For PayNow direct phone transfer (for Singapore customer only) please scan Promatech Trading Pte Ltd QR code
  • We do not accept personal cheques or cash payment.
  • For Singapore base institutional customers (such as MOE schools, international schools, government /ministry agency) other payment methods (such as E-invoice, GIRO)are available. Kindly check with our sales staff for further details.

Pricing Policy

  •    You need to Register/Log In at our Home Page to view the priceonline.
  •    Price quote is Ex-warehouse Singapore.
  •     Price is Fixed and subject to change without notice. All orders will be invoiced at the prevailing prices at the time that the order is placed.
  •     If you require special bid price for a bulk purchase, or project, please contact our sales staff.
  •     Price may not include local delivery costs /assembly cost and taxes unless otherwise specified.
  •     For purchase under Minimum Order Value (MOV) or Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), additional handling cost may occur.  
  •     Price quote is in Singapore Currency and apply to shipments to a Singapore address. 
  •     International customers are welcome, other shipping mood available such as via DHL, FedEx or your appointed shipping agent can be arrange.

Placing an order

1.)   You can place an order by using:
  •            Online shopping cart purchase
  •            An Order Form download from our web site if you are from local schools' library or government institutional. 
  •            By Email an order to :  if you are from local MOE schools/ institutional library/ public library. 
  •            If you have not received acknowledge from us after you place an order for 3 days, kindly contact us (This is in case the electronic communication devices MIS-function) 
2.)     Existing school customers may also call our sales representatives to place an order.
3.)    All orders should include following information in order to speed up order processing:
            Library or School's Name,
            Contact Person & contact mobile telephone number or Email address.
            Product Stock SKU # & Description, Quantity Ordered.
            Order Number (if any)
4.)    Items in stock will be sent immediately (upon receipt of payment) or may be combined with other items in one delivery to save shipping cost. In general, shipping times can take up to 2~4 weeks depend on stock availability or items purchase. Custom furniture can take longer lead time than 2 weeks.
Shipping Cost & Minimum order
  • Price includes Free Local delivery within Singapore (Terms & condition apply, subject to change without prior notice)
  • However, Order value below S$250 may subject to Minimum Order Value (MOV) administrative charge of S$20 per order processing.
  • Try to combine your items in one delivery order to meet MOV and save on handling cost. 
  • Some of our product require minimum order quantity (MOQ) to process, please contact us if you need assistance.

Lead Time

  • Lead time is indicative only, may subject to stock available and sales.
  • Quick ship items are normally ship within 1 week upon payment received. 
  • Custom furniture may require 3 to 6 weeks lead time.
